Villa Montana
Villa Montana is the latest addition to our villa collection in Kalkan (May 2014). This amazing architecturally designed villa is set in an idyllic location overlooking the village of Kalkan. The detailed design provides stunning indoor and outdoor space using the very best natural materials available (travertine & marble).
We have Four, King Size - En-Suite Bedrooms, One of the king size bedrooms has a large jacuzzi bath, two have L.E.D TV's & private balconies. The Three Large Twin En-Suite Bedrooms all have large balconies and great sea views.
Down stairs offers ultra modern & comfortable space, enhanced by full air conditioning & fast unlimited WIFI. We have a massive double lounge area with sliding doors to the pool terrace. Along with a huge fully fitted kitchen and dinning area also with sliding doors onto the pool terrace.
The outside space is extremely well designed with a swimming pool (15x5m),(1,50m deep) 12 sun-beds & ample umbrellas. A table to seat 14 with a huge umbrella will provide you with welcome shade during the summer. We have a very large, specially made BBQ which can be used by the pool side or in the garden full of scented flowers & fruit trees creating a fantastic area for dining. There is also a bar area by the pool side.
The pool of this villa is not visible from the outside (Conservative).
The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition, and for two-week stays, cleaning is performed at the end of the first week. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested.
Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurance are not included in the prices.
All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings.
Periodic infrastructure works can be carried out in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

A deposit of 10000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, breakage, etc. The deposit is refunded at the villa exit as long as there are no problems such as breakage, damage or loss.
